A bit about me
If you been struggling with trying to change, reading self-help books, watching YouTube videos for hours on end…but can’t seem to apply all the teachings to your own life?
Fear not I hear you, I have been you.
For over a decade I suffered with an eating disorder and a disastrous relationship with food.
I also had extremely low self - confidence, and very little belief in myself.
Other life challenges that presented themselves were grieving and overcoming great loss of my Dad and then my Step Dad, becoming a mother for the first time and learning to find your way in it whilst feeling knocked down and then trying to get a sense of yourself back. I also made the decision to go it alone with set up my private practice .I was learning to juggle career/family life.
My main passion in life is helping others.
I believe and know that change is possible, no matter what the circumstances. I want to help and empower people to experience the changes they want to make in life.
I have over eight years’ experience of working with and helping people face-to-face.
Combined with my own personal journey of challenges, my various trainings and over eight years experience of working with helping people I have an extensive set of skills to help people make significant changes in their lives.
One of the reasons I do this work is I know what it’s like to have such low self- esteem that it holds you back in every area of your life. I know what it’s like to have a vision you know you really want to create but feel paralysed to take the steps to create it. And know what it’s like to second guess yourself or think you don’t have what it takes.
But above all I know that you can change all of this and succeed in whatever it is that makes your heart sing.
Among the various trainings I have completed are:
BA Hons in Psychotherapy
Master Practitioner for Eating Disorders in London (affiliated through the British Psychological Society)
Holistic Health Studies
Women’s Temple Leadership training
I am always happy to talk to people about how they can make positives changes in their lives. Feel free to contact me by email.
